Merry Christmas everybody.

Good news for us.

Petition was approved on 18th Dec. So that is 21 days from transfer to approval at Nebraska office.

Also, didn't mention earlier, our case is not DCF as it is not availible any more in New Zealand.

07-14-2013: Marriage

08-12-2013: I-130 PD

11-04-2013: I-129F PD

02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

5/01/2014: AOS packet scanned

5/01/2014: IV packet scanned

5/21/2014: case completed. Woooowwww

6/26/2014: Medical Day

7/13/2014: Biometrics day

07/14/2014: Interview date ( First Anniversary) (L)(L)(L)

Hey guys! Hope everyone celebrating had a wonderful Christmas. It's been a busy week but I'll scour the thread today to make sure all recent transfers are reflected in our spreadsheet.

Deep35472, it seems transfer notices are usually sent in the evening, so that's the best time to check in and see if anyone has news.

2013/12/04 : I-130 petition transferred from National Benefits Center (NBC) to Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/12 : I-130 PETITION APPROVED (NOA2) at Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
2014/02/13 : Approved I-130 petition shipped from Nebraska Service Center (NSC) to National Visa Center (NVC).
2014/02/18 : Received (NOA2) hardcopy by mail from Nebraska Service Center (NSC).

12/26/13 - Received hard copy transfer notice: Texas Service Center
01/21/14 - NOA2 Approval text/email
01/25/14 - Received hard copy of approved I-797
01/29/14 - Text/email advising TSC shipped case to DOS

NVC
02/06/14 - NVC received our case file.
03/13/14 - Case number, IIN and BIN assigned
03/17/14 - DS-261 completed. Email Confirmation received
03/18/14 - Received email to pay AOS fee. Invoiced and paid (in process)
03/19/14 - Requested NVC to "join" wife's and daughter's cases
03/20/14 - AOS status "PAID" for wife
03/26/14 - AOS status "PAID" for daughter
03/26/14 - AOS packets sent
03/28/14 - IV available and paid for both wife and daughter (in process)
04/01/14 - IV shows "PAID", DS-260 available
04/05/14 - DS-260 complete and submitted

05/02/14 - Received e-mail with P4 letters

05/07/14 - NVC shipped case files to Lima Embassy via DHL. CEAC status "In transit"

05/09/14 - DHL delivered case files to Embassy. CEAC status "Ready"

06/09/14 - Medical Exam. 4pm appointment

Congrats you are closer to approval I heard something on August fillers about June being almost all transferred they are so wrong I checked numbers case numbers on the uscis page there's a lot of cases still pending just for June 24 there must be almost 2,000 case just for the day I'm in June 24 filler and I haven't heard any news or transfer for my case

Congrats you are closer to approval I heard something on August fillers about June being almost all transferred they are so wrong I checked numbers case numbers on the uscis page there's a lot of cases still pending just for June 24 there must be almost 2,000 case just for the day I'm in June 24 filler and I haven't heard any news or transfer for my case

I-130 sent June 21st

I-130 received June 24th (Priority date)

I-130 notice date: June 26th (NOA1)

I-130 transferred: December 26th

Patiently waiting for a snail mail letter. I am happy, I figured nothing will happen until January. :)
