It seems we've only seen expedites, Philippines (expedite for typhoon) and filers from abroad ("auto-expedites") so far. That's good, we've got some movement. I hope they start transferring the rest of June filers some time in January.

I will be very happy when the first non-expedite, filed from US filer gets something!

OK ... flash update! I received another text message of an update. That was six text messages in one day --- That "your alien registration number was changed message" is just a bullshit text from them because they don't have any other text. The good news is that it is merely an RFE. I called them and asked them and it is just for a copy of the Marriage Certificate from the NSO - not the Marriage Certificate from the province. That is something we didn't have when I filed because it takes 90+ days to get one form the Philippines. Booooya!

Last time I filed it only added 10 days to the process. But just be warned of the stupid messages on the text - they are misleading at times.

I have researched the hell out of that text message and it really has nothing to do with alien registration number - they use it as a generic message when they are shuffling your paperwork around their desk.

I just got my transfer email - On December 17, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Filed from the US, spouse is Russian. No expedite, no filing from abroad. Just a normal filing, received June 3. On Sunday, I had submitted an updated address to the USCIS site due to me moving. Today I had finally decided to contact my congressman and senators.

Very happy to report it to the group good.gif I honestly was prepared to wait for a transfer until January with Christmas and New Year in the next 2 weeks. Hope they can get in as many as possible before the holidays!
