I don't agree to it. Whole December April filers have been getting approved and may and June transferred. So we should be hoping for a transfer ourself by this month iA if we get lucky otherwise jan :)

You two are talking about two different things -- approvals versus transfers. USCIS is saying they are currently adjudicating files from February 2013, so June filers certainly shouldn't expect an approval in Dec or Jan, but it is entirely likely that we'll be transferred in the next few weeks. After our files are transferred it will likely take upwards of a month before our petitions are actually processed, which will likely put us in Feb-Mar time frame for approvals.

You two are talking about two different things -- approvals versus transfers. USCIS is saying they are currently adjudicating files from February 2013, so June filers certainly shouldn't expect an approval in Dec or Jan, but it is entirely likely that we'll be transferred in the next few weeks. 02-21-2014: NOA2 for I-130( I-129F closed)

03-11-2014: NVC received case

03-19-2014: NVC sent case back to USCIS

04-07-2014: USCIS got the case

sent case back to NVC again :P

4/11/2014: NVC case number assigned.

4/21/2014: AOS and IV fees Paid.

4/24/2014: DS-260 submitted.

We got two transfer emails this week, the first on 12/12 saying that our file had been transferred to ANOTHER offer and the second on 12/13 saying that it had been transferred to a LOCAL office. We filed from Australia so I'm not even sure where the local office would be. Anyway, we'll wait and see what the comes in the mail and see what that says! It's all a bit confusing really but it's nice to see that our case has been 'touched' as the last time that happened was June 11! Our PD is 7th June.

I am a june filer...yes beneficiary is from philippines but the address is in Kuwait so we didnt get the benefit of being automatic expedited because of yolanda typhoon. But our case was transferred November 24 and then we received email for RFE on December 11.

And oh our case was transferred in CSC

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

March flier here. Transferred to NSC on Nov. 7th. No word on my case yet. But it looks like they're just picking random cases as this point, aside from the Philippines.

I think they do that in purpose to again play with the new USCIS timeline update of the I-130

It is supposed to be updated this week and we shall see what kind of BS they will come up with.

I just hope that they don't just move to 13 Feb 2013 to avoid all kind of service requests from people that are past that time.
