Hello, all Vj friends!!!!! I just got transferred!!!!! Like 10 mins ago, I received an email!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!! My PD June 24! No expedited, no DDF. Filed from Tokyo, then changed our address to the States!! Keep your hopes up!!!!!!!!!!!! This is sooooo good to wake up to after a 2-day food poisoning and travel!!!!!!!!

07/03/2009. Married in China
09/02/2012. Our daughter was born
01/04/2014. Expecting our 2nd child this September!!!

USCIS
06/21/2013 Sent i130
06/24/2013 NOA1 PD
01/21/2014. NOA2 via email (NSC)
01/22/2014. Shipped to Department of State for visa processing

NVC
02/03/2014. Case received at NVC!!!!!!
03/12/2014 Case #, IIN and BID assigned
03/14/2014 DS261 available and submitted
03/17/2014 AOS fee available, paid, and it shows "in process", ENROLL email for EP sent
03/18/2014. AOS bill shows "PAID"
03/19/2014. AOS package sent thru email
03/24/2014. IV bill invoiced and paid!
03/26/2014. IV bill shows PAID and DS 260 available, IV package sent via email
03/27/2014 DS 260 submitted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
04/05/2014. ENROLL acceptance email received and GZO number issued, another email stating they have received our AOS docs.

04/10/2014 AOS checklist and also said our DS 260 has been received; Expedite Request Sent

04/11/2014 Response to the checklist sent

04/18/2014 IV package under review (system didnt receive attachments from one of my emails, so I resent the IV package just to be sure)

05/02/2014 Expedite Request Approved, case is "in transit"

05/08/2014 AP for the first time

05/09/2014 Interview scheduled May 27, Medical May 13.

No, I asked them and they said they will take care of it.

Thank you, here is another question: I am moving to Australia in next Feb or Mar, I have never been there before, so I will have my interview there, do I need to show them the police clearance from Australia if the interview comes before my 6 months in Australia?

Yes we did expedite but hadn't heard back whether it was accepted until we received the approval email from uscis

Finally!!!

Our cast was touched and will be send to another office dancin5hr.gif

Today we had the following update:

"On December 11, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

June filers get ready to see some action (hopefully)!!!!
