I wrote to my congressman and a senator as well. I mailed the letters over a week ago, but I don't know if I'll get a response, or when it'll come if I do. K3 isn't an option for me no matter what so I'm stuck waiting as long as USCIS wants me to. Won't stop me from making some noise in the meantime, though.

Malenliam from the May Filer's thread reported getting a transfer notification much like the March and April Filer's. I'm trying to get more information about her case. I'm not sure if this is of any significance.

June 24 priority date for NOA1. My plan is to chill out this month, I'm not calling USCIS this month. I'll work on prepari letters to my senator and congressman. Print out all required documents for them and contact info for the Ombudsman. Since USCIS, has told me multiple times to call back.mid December. I plan on scheduling my info pass for December. Its my 6 month mark.

Hi June Filer,

I just hang up with a CSR (customer service representative) from USCIS, I requested for an expedite regarding my case. My PD is JUNE 13, 2013. my case was originally sent to OVERLAND PARK, KS however when I talked to the CSR she said that my case is in MISSOURI. I never receive any letter, email or text that my case was transferred. Any way, they said they will let me know in 5 days if they will approve my request or not. If they are not going to approve my expedite request, at least they will be able to pull out my case and take a look at it. I really miss my husband.. I know everybody here misses their spouses too. I wish we can all be happy at christmas time with our love ones... Good luck to us... I will let you know what will happen...

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

February 10, 2014 - was able to pay AOS online

Februay 12, 2014 - AOS showed PAID on line/ AOS package sent ( one day delivery)

February 13, 2014 - NVC received the package

February 18, 2014 - AOS was entered in the system

February 24, 2014 - received an email to pay IV fee, paid IV fee, IV fee in process

hello everyone,

Im also a june filer of I130 for my husband, so far i have only received NO1.my question is that im not a taxer payer in United states, the affidivit of support for my husband will be coming from his uncles that live in united states, would that make any differance??will they give my husband visa??if anyone has any knowledge regarding plz let me know, i will really appreciate any help..thank you
