Oh yes, I just wanna get this show on the road. Hubby says tomorrow he'll ship it. Tomorrow is 11 months since our wedding and my mom's birthday. It's a good day for starting this process biggrin.png

We sent ours out to Pheonix, AZ. on June 17th. USPS shows package as received on June 19th. Now the waiting begins! To the people who have received an email stating that their case has been received, whats the header? My hubby has an awful habit of never checking his emails (currently at 1000+ new unread emails) so if i know what the header is i can just tell him to scan his inbox. We opted not to have a text message because he never turns his phone on, or doesn't charge it.

The email subject is "USCIS Acceptance Confirmation" from sender Do_Not_Reply_Lockbox (Do_Not_Reply_Lockbox@dhs.gov). Good luck! :D

Awesome!! I would think NOA2 will come from the same email, and I'm certainly looking forward to finding out happy.png

Most of the 2-3 month approvals I've seen are for couples who are living together abroad, the "auto-expedite" folks. Those approvals go through a lot more quickly than those for couples living separately. But individual case processing still might be relatively quick depending on your field office.

I would assume that you just still did not get NOA1, but it was issued. I dont think they could cash the check if you case has not been opened. Grats!

Hi All.

My I130 was delivered to the wrong Zipcode on 6/19 but today when i checked my bank it shows the check was cashed, no NOA1 yet. Are they cashing checks ahead of NOA1 now ?

Did you submit the G-1145 to sign up for text and email alerts? Agree with Ivy above, you may have your NOA1 and just be waiting to receive the mailed hardcopy, which can take a little longer.

USPS changed our expected delivery date from today to tomorrow. :( Today is my hubby's birthday, it would have been awesome if they got it today. :(
