I'm glad the number has dropped, but 11 months is still substantially longer than I'm hoping we wait :(

This month USCIS added NBC as an option on its drop down menu for processing times. It's about time!

No, don't worry about the Vermont estimate, it's irrelevant now. They're just updating the site to reflect the fact that no I-130s are sent to Vermont for adjudication anymore. They have a year of data from NBC petitions, I guess they figured that was sufficient to start posting estimates.

No, don't worry about the Vermont estimate, it's irrelevant now. They're just updating the site to reflect the fact that no I-130s are sent to Vermont for adjudication anymore. They have a year of data from NBC petitions, I guess they figured that was sufficient to start posting estimates.

Not exactly "now." That figure is the most recent posted but it is current as of August 31. Unfortunately all their data is 2 months behind, so we won't know what the processing rates are right now until mid-December sleep.png

My guess is that processing time has dropped significantly in the past month or so. Certain large batches of June cases have been approved from September until now.

This is Iqbal from Bangladesh & m new in vj.

My wife is an American citizen and she applied for IMMIGRATION Spouse visa for me and got acceptance dated june 13, 2013 via text and got mail dated june 19, 2013. also got a receipt number. past 4 months my case in initial review stage.

Will you pls tell me when will get a decision. I already review this page & got information that Some of June filer got approval.

Took him little over 5 months.

No expedite, no calling uscis. "Regular" treatment.

SEEMS DIVISION 8 IS FINALLY AT IT!!!

today i log in uscis website, and my recip number indicates

On October 16, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Yesterday, it said october 15 ....!!

NEED I WORRY?? hhahahaha crazy i tell you

How do you know Division 8 is up and running?

I am assuming it is, because there have been May and June NOA1 PD files approved...

All of those (and afterwards I believe) went to Overland Park , the new facility were the also new Division 8 is going to adjudicate I-130's.

Still no official confirmation (NOA2 hardcopy for example) but we can assume this is the reason.
