By the way, hey samreen23! I am watching on you! If you need any help regards requesting service inquiry to anyone, I will help for you.

Because I did a lot of investigation about fxxking background check.

For my case, there was a delay regarding my spouse's previous student visa denial....

Also I met immigration attorney and I had advice in a future.

Alright, from the last consultation with immigration lawyer, he pointed out the reason for names with flags.

- my spouse has a history of US student visa denial

- she had visited here in US before (laywer said, background check process gethers the information from the border security)

-(once you got flag, they will investigate on every POE records on every country you visited before)

SO, Once a person gets into extended review on their background, they will investigate on EVERYTHING!!!!

keep calling USCIS for "out of the processing time range" and email to DHS directors in appropriate format.

Beside Service request, you should request the expedite process too! ususally, Tier1 officer easily creates the both SR and EP

I contacted all as you indicated.

Only Mr. Rendell has responded with my inquiry.

I don't know whether it was just my luck or not that Mr. Rendell ordered the assignment directly to other coordinator.

He assigned my case to

Stephanie Guevara

Management and Program Analyst, Liaison and Coordination Branch

Customer Service and Public Engagement Directorate

DHS-USCIS/Washington, DC

Off. 202 272-9132

Stephanie.L.Guevara@uscis.dhs.gov

Its so funny that some time back I saw an approval in April thread and the guy got approved in like 10 months and he said that I got the approval but I m not happy at all. Because it should have happened way before. And I thought it my head that how can it be possible that someone is not happy with their approval. But that's exactly how I feel right now even thinking about it. I have no excitement or happiness left whatsoever. God knows when I m gonna get it but Its definitely gonna be bittersweet.

You're not the only one.

I pay my taxes too (a lot of them), also paid a lot now to get my case processed. Passed 2 background checks quickly and easy, never even had a parking ticket. My husband is a public high school teacher, and still no word from USCIS in our case.

We spent an entire month trying to get a copy of a RfE they say the "sent" back in October, but we never received anything, nothing was updated in the website, no electronic updates were sent either. We submited two service requests, one expedited, 1 infopass, talked to senators, congressmen, and countless phone calls later, and 2 days ago they sent us a letter telling us "your RfE was sent on October 10th..." but absolutely no word on a copy.

Out of 8 people we asked, 4 said our physical file is at NBC, 4 said it's in Chicago... Everyone gives contradicting information, and jerk us around.

I'm completely hopeless now.

We have a consultation with an immigration attorney on Friday and another infopass next week. We are also allowed to open another service request since the last one is coming up to 30 days with no response...

I started a timeline with everything we've done, day by day... It shows we did so much already, yet, they can't even take a moment to look if there was even a RfE in the first place.
