I check this forum every day hoping to see that you have been approved! I'm so sorry that it is taking so long for you and your spouse. You know, I was worried about myself (I'm the USC), because there is a woman who is my age and has my exact name who was arrested for child abuse. Luckily, USCIS decided we were two different people. I hope that your spouse's clearance comes soon. I think of you a lot - and hope for your success!

All of us have lost hope at times during this process, but USCIS has forced you to live in that state for so long. I know how you must be suffering and I'm so sorry there's nothing to be done. We're all keeping you in our thoughts and hoping for quick resolutions for everyone still waiting.

Thankyou so much!! Yes I Think something like that must have happened looking at our bad luck lol. Because his record his clear. So let's see when they finally decide that it's time to approve us! Thankyou for the thoughts!!

Thanks BOS! I know it's pure torture. But we were all once a part of it so atleast everybody in this forum understands how it feels. It's hard to stay positive at times but I do know that there is light at the end of this tunnel. Lose my focus at times can't help it :)

I actually sent mine in March of 13 and they put it down as June 24 Th I made a mistake but then made one also and never rectified it. I think everyone will be getting an answer soon but just in case call them at 1(800)375-5283 please someone correct me if I'm wrong. Call until they know you by your voice. Have your receipt number ready in case they need it.

I had a problem with the phone prompt so I clicked on 6 for Change of address and let them know I had nothing else to click on and they help you. Good luck to everyone, I am proof they will get to you.

OMG I lost hope also but this morning received a text message, checked our status and we have been approved. I can't' believe it thought this would never happen. I actually sent my papers in March but they set it as being June 24 so have been waiting forever. God be with you all and will keep praying your approval comes soon. Thank you so much :rolleyes: , I have no idea. I imagine they send me the I-R1 package then after I send that in it goes to the Embassy in Cairo and then the wait for interview date. Not really sure what happens after this.

Was at the Chicago service center then they moved me to the Nebraska one in November don't know after this. Will post if the letter they are sending me says where. :)
