Illigal or not, we er are all immigrants and we are all trying to solve our situations, no matter what. It doesnt help anyone to turn over each other. The problem is with the system not the people who are trying to make this country their home. "illegal" immigrants have gone to a great deal of frustration as well. The majority of the people here in this country getting a break now, have been brought here as a child with now saying or will, they have been raise as american as anyone born here. They are merely getting a work permit for 2 years, while we are getting the opportunity to live permanently, and eventually a path to citizenship. Although our cases are taking longer, they still lead to much more security then our fellow immigrants without a status. I have friends in that situation and it hasn't been as easy to them as some people has been saying around here. Again, I say, the problem is with the bureaucracy of the process, and turning against each other makes things harder for everyone.

Sorry disagree, they broke the laws of a sovereign country and they are demanding rights that simply are not theirs to demand.

I do mind I miss my husband and neither one of us are breaking any laws. Please don't put me in the same category of people who break the law I haven't broken any. I do agree some of the problem is with the bureaucracy but not all of it. Do you realize that President Obama has given priority to children of illegals born in the USA do you know that children for them is from birth to 30 years old do you realize that you are waiting months on end and most likely more than a year because he has put a demand that they will not only be processed first but that it's to be done in three months? So we wait and wait to be reunited with our loved ones because of this.

I'm so happy your so generous but I'm not, I cry myself to sleep every night and when ever I have a moment alone. I'm not generous when it comes to having to wait and wait and wait to see my husband again.

Illegals being frustrated doesn't bring tears to my eyes, no one put a gun to their heads and forced them to cross the boarder into the USA. They did it on their own knowing very well the consequences of their actions. Have you heard of people dying in the streets of the majority of illegals homeland? I have dear friends born in Mexico that are furious because of what's going on. They have been waiting years to get their children into the USA and now the delay is even greater.

Wont go on because it's obvious you wont or can't understand what is really going on here and what will happen very soon if other laws come into play. How about waiting a couple of years or three? Anyway I'm done with this discussion.

Come on Samreen we are with you and in the same boat. I know how you feel and there are days all I can do is cry. But we have to hang in there and pray as hard as we can that soon we will all be approved.

i made an infopass appointment tomorrow 9:30 AM

i know this will not help me at all but i just wanna talk to USCIS people!!!

lost my hope and dont konw what to do!!!

the only thing make me happy is that i will visit my wife on next week.... spent $1800 round trip ticket and got an unpaid vacation for two week.. (

i really need anything from USCIS not for holding me for this long so that i can make my life decision....

OMG I lost hope also but this morning received a text message, checked our status and we have been approved. I can't' believe it thought this would never happen. I actually sent my papers in March but they set it as being June 24 so have been waiting forever. God be with you all and will keep praying your approval comes soon.
