This is so ridiculous, people from October are already getting their approvals!!

Ok guys, I can't believe it!!! After I replied that we had no news at all, I went to check the USCIS page and this is what I found:

My husband haven't got any email though.

Today is my birthday and I can't imagine a better birthday present. Wow! I'm so happy!!!!

I will be praying for those who haven't got the approval yet. Remain strong please.

Can't believe June filers are coming up on the 10 month mark and there are still almost a quarter of our spreadsheet transfers listed as pending

Congratulations!! Do u think a service service can be added up with expedite request? They gave us 30 days time frame for expedite but that's too long

I'm not sure, but It probably can't hurt to call and ask for the service request also; the more times there is some kind of request on your case, probably better chance of getting it approved - best of luck to you..

Ok, so it's been 2 weeks since we opened our service request and still haven't heard anything. Last time we called they haven't assigned our case to an officer yet. This is so disappointing, we have not received any update since October 10th (the date of our interview)... and they lied to us by telling a RFE was sent that date, but based on many factors we know they never sent this letter.

Today, we are going to our congressman office and the senator's office here in Chicago. We have a service request open, and an infopass scheduled for Wednesday, and last week we sent even more documentation. Hopefully that will put some pressure on USCIS to go dig our case up.

Wishing everyone luck this week. Don't take a "a question mark" for an answer.

We filed on June 17th 2013 and have not received an approval yet. On March 7th we received RFE, to my surprise the request was a for a passport size photo which I already included in the file initially. I am wondering why would they need that if they already had it? Were they buying more time - I am not sure.. We sent that right away.

They have mentioned in the letter that it can take 60 days. Does anyone know how long does it take usually after the RFE is submitted? We are already past the average processing time, is there any way to expedite our case or know what's happening with it. The people over the phone are just reading off the website and don't have any additional information. I have read some posts where people have sent letters to their local senator to escalate this. Can I do that or will it prolong the process.

Please shed some light if you have any insight on such situation.

They r just full of #######. When u call them they don't have anything to say but yet on the website it says 5 months and they sure are processing October and November we can see clearly from VJ. They r disgusting and a bunch of liers who just know how to buy more time and play with ppl lives. I m so so angry myself. Usually after the website shows that ur RFE was recieved they gave an approval within 2 weeks and sometimes even more. Just dont count on uscis. All we can do Is sit with our hands folded and wait for them to do their jobs for which we payed them quite well almost an year back!!
