congrats was is your pd and where were u transferred to?

my PD was june 6, transferred in CSC last november, RFE December...then approved March 25

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>

Back from a lovely week away, congratulations to all the recent approvals! I hope they finish up June filers this month... sending warm wishes to all of you still waiting.

How long is nvc waiting time exactly???

Does anyone know exactly how much that ds 260 form the filing fee is?

The IV fee is $230. There isn't an exact waiting time at NVC. You can help the process along by being prepared for each step, but estimate one month from NVC receiving your case until you get your case number, and then another 2-3 months for processing (more if you get a checklist).

Hey Bos! Good to have u back! Sadly some of us unlucky ones are still waiting. Let's hope this is our week finally.

Yes, call the phone number they provided you and open a SR. Also ask if you can escalate your case to find out why it is taking so long.

Same happened to me. My husband tried to call 3 times last week, then finally escalated to a higher rank supervisor, who was able to look in their system, and turned out they the officer who worked in out case had put in the system to submit a RFE, however, somewhere down the line someone dropped the ball and they never sent it. They did open a Service Request for us, and they have until April 10th to get back to us now.

Yes my Husband put In an expedite request last week. The frustrating part is we shudnt have need to do it and it should have been approved normally by now. They gave us 30 days time frame. Let's see what happens now :(

Does NVC info show up on uscis Website or do they have their own website or? I mean the status?

NVC has its own website: https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

Through that portal you'll submit DS-261, DS-260, and AOS and IV fees. The case status feature is pretty useless, though. To really know what's happening in the process you need to call them. The website won't update to reflect when your packets have been received/accepted/etc.

Our case was shipped to NVC today.

I hope all June filers are done with their I-130s by April 1st!!
