6 days after NSC received our RFE, 84 days since transfer to NSC, 267 days after NOA1, 269 days after PD ....


We got approved! This was super quick, I was expecting to wait at least 2-3 weeks for our RFE to be looked at! Woohoo! smile.png

Thanks lottry. I have given up on all hopes now. I don't know if it's ever gonna happen for me.

Of course it is! Do what you can to be patient since there is not much else you can do... but keep your faith up, there is no reason for them to deny you!

Wee, yes yes party time smile.png

They wanted our original wedding certificate + translation. We originally sent them the international version with several language translation and we highlighted the english bits. Apparently that was not good enough, so now we sent them the Croatian version I had translated by the Court Interpreter and that did the trick smile.png

I sent letters to VA senators and filed a service request.

First response from one of senetors was pending security check.

Still waitong for responses from uscis and another senator.
