Nebraska center is finally moving , i hope every june filer gets approved this week.

Anyone still at the National Benefit Center? My case was never transferred, and my pd is June 17th, but since our interview in October I have not heard anything.

On March 17, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I checked USCIS dashboard and got an update.

Post Decision Activity

On March 18, 2014, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department if State for the visa processing.

My question : Department of State MEANS NVC or NOT?

Yeah, both I-129F and I-130 made it to NVC.

I already have a case # for I-129F.

With the delay in I-130 processing, the I-129F most likely will make it to the embassy and I hope they will process it. NVC told me today that the embassy might or might not decide to process the I-129F knowing the I-130 is approved also.

Some I-129F (for K3) made it all the way recently. I hope mine makes through also.

No kids, just my wife.

thanks and good luck, I have same approved date but my case still not arrived at NVC (called today and told it will take 6weeks to arrive) even though they shipped it March 6th,,,,
