No Samreen, I am still waiting, I called last week (7 days after NOA2) I was told to call back after 6 weeks:) it look like round 2 of the waiting game!!!!

Atleast ur round one is over. I have been so depressed these days I can't concentrate on anything anymore. I need the approval now.

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Case transferred to NBC- 12-18-2013

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Case number- 5-31-2014

DS-261- June 10th!

AOS sent- 3rd july

AOS scanned- 11th July

IV paid- 14th July

DS260 submitted- 17th July

IV sent: 19th July

IV scanned: 24th July

Checklist for AOS: Email received 3rd sept :cry:

Response sent: 7th sept

Checklist scanned: 11th sept

IV approved: 17 sept :dancing:

CASE COMPLETE: 4th nov 2014!!! (AT LAST)

seriously we have some geniuses working at the top office's!!!

OH I got It!...It must take them THAT long to research the evidence because a U.S. PASSPORT and BIRTH CERTIFICATE is a weighty task to figure out...:/

I hope they see EVERY ONE of my msgs! :) and i hope they feel it cause I'm laying on the sarcasm pretty thick!!!

I was approved from tsc on Feb 19, and they mailed my application the nvc on Feb 28, and nvc received on Mar 10

When I called them before they received my case they told me it could take up to 8 weeks.. Now that they received my case they are saying it could take up to 30 business days for them to scan and assign a case number :(

Does anyone know how long it's taking to finish the nvc stage once you get a case number? I'm hoping 2-3 months for nvc :(

Is electronic filing faster?

The good thing no major holidays for awhile and they told me they are working mandatory overtime, hopefully that speeds things up a little :(

10-07-2014: Interview in Amman (rescheduled)

10-08-2014: Actual interview!! APPROVED!!!

10-09-2014: Visa printed

On March 17, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance

Tommorow will be 90 days since transfer. I dont think anybody crossed that line in June with Nebraska. God I hope I get approved today.

Congratulations, In chaa Allah you'll get your approval shortly! usually withing couple of hours!

I got my approval three hours after I got that same message from Nebraska Service Center.
