I 130 update, just received notice of approval today!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woooohoooooooooo

Can someone tell me whats next?????

Within a couple of weeks your petition will be shipped to NVC, and then it'll take probably 4-6 weeks for them to assign your case number and invoice identification number. Use this time to start preparing your I-864 and assembling your documents for the AOS and immigrant visa packets. Head on over to the March NVC thread and read the first two posts for a lot of great information!

My cousin filed I130 for her husband who lives abroad on June 3rd. Her case was xferrd to NSC on Dec18th, and sh has not hearf anything yet. How can she request an expedite?

Unfortunately your cousin's case isn't an exception. There's still about a third of June filers from this thread who are waiting for their approvals. Your cousin can only file for an expedite if she meets one of the expedite criteria listed here: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria

On the bright side, there has been a recent surge in activity from NSC for June filers, and many have received approvals over the past couple of weeks. Hopefully they'll finish June petitions soon!

People who were transferred to Texas the good news is that Texas has finally woken up from its deep sleep I guess. Lovemytico from April got ARN changed and a person from may got approved today from Texas. Which u guys the best! :)

Lol my husband mailed our RFE yesterday. It should be in Nebraska today by noon.

Thanks for keeping track of this Samreen! I haven't had time to check all of the charts and forums lately. Unfortunately we are still on this list with you - but I guess the good news is that a lot of our other June transfers have gotten approvals - so ours should be coming soon!

Our PD is the same, and it looks like they are processing cases from 9 months ago almost exactly. Hopefully we will be hearing something early next week.

What's ur PD? Ur timeline is messed up it says ur visa is approved the same day u filed lol. Please correct it.

What's ur PD? Ur timeline is messed up it says ur visa is approved the same day u filed lol. Please correct it.

June 17th.

I keep updating the timeline but it keep changing back.
