Yes hope so. Now I m starting to think they lost my file or something :| lol when a person is depressed they get all the negative thoughts possible!

Still waiting on my approval.... I'm so depressed and I miss my husband and about to give birth in a couple of weeks to our first baby hopefully I will get an approval soon.....

It must be ten times harder for u than us then! Hopefully u will get ur approval soon. Which centre were u transferred to?

Me too, I have checked 20 cases number around my case. Ten front and ten behind, I did it often since I got case#. Those cases had PD same as mine. But now, 17/20 cases has been approved. Only my case and two other next to my case are still "Initial Review". I think that they pack 3 cases in the same box or folder and they throw it somewhere that they cant find out :(. So depressed.......

Ok so I got the hard copy of the RFE today and they are asking for an English translation of my marriage certificate which, dumb on my part didn't send in, but I did send an original copy of our marriage certificate in Spanish and I was wondering if I have to send in another original or if a copy of the original and a translation and a page of the translator certifying that it is an accurate translation. It will be pretty hard for me to send in another original so will a copy be fine?

A copy of the marriage certificate is fine. USCIS only requests a legible photocopy of documents (unless an original is specifically required per I-130 instructions). Include the translation page with the translator's cert. statement.

You should obtain another original copy of your marriage certificate anyway; you will need one later for the NVC phase.

Exactly my case. I also checked around 40 cases after me and except 4 5 and 2 right after me all are approved. I don't know why they left me behind

what is I-30? did you mean I-130?
