Do you know what's the next steps?

Congratulations. Next part of your journey is in the National Visa Center (NVC). Give NVC about 2 weeks and then start calling them once a week to find out:

a. When did they actually received your Case File.

b. Count 20 to 30 working days from the NVC received date. Then call them to find out when and if they have assigned Case # and IIN yet.

Also, come on over to the NVC Filer - March 2014 thread. Read posts 1 and 2 (posted by Ms. Saylin) at the beginning of that thread which has a whole lot of excellent information about the NVC part of the journey. Also, ask Ms Saylin to add you to the spreadsheet she is maintaining. Here are the links:

I am living in Japan with my hubby and we couldn't receive any of hard copy.. so I have no idea which service center we were transferred.

You know, I think you're right. I'll get a court interpreter to translate it. Together with stamps, signatures and all. We went simple the first time, did not work out so well, now I am going for an over-kill. :D

What is happening to TSC .... Do they work at all????? Any approvals ??? For the last month I saw like 2-3 people that got their approvals from there.........When they will stop mockin on us and give this stupid approvals.. I dont know how they sleep at night so much people swearing at them all the time...I can not live with this hate inside of me anymore ..... START workin peopleeeeeeeee


Lets make hunger strike in front of the white house may be they will pay attention to us.........

I have hardly posted on this thread instead i've just been lurking. Its so sad to see us on that list. My husband is all fine and dandy because he's like "soon you won't be able to get rid of me so enjoy your alone time" >.< I on the other hand, totally different story. I do understand what he means though. After I move to the US (hopefully!! or eventually) we'll have the rest of our lives together but still its hard (as im sure you all know) that we dont have another visit planned. We decided not to see each other till this has been approved and normally i fly over every 3 months. It's taking its toll.

On the other hand. Congratulations to all who have received their noa2 and may the rest of us be approved soon!
