I think you'll find that most of the July filers who have been approved were sent to CSC. Only 2-3 non-expedited cases have been approved through NSC. Majority of us are, like yourself, still waiting :(

Hoping for approval today or this week....

can't hardly take this waiting. My PD is June 10 and Nebraska "says" however that their processing time is "9 months"....

well my status is in RFE REVIEW, however "March 10 IS 9 MONTHS" and then they are "OUT of THEIR processing time"

very few people have co-mingling of finances being separated

65 pages for Greece is a little much, if it was a high fraud country, then that would be understandable.

you want quality representation over time.. snippits of emails, chats etc, pictures with captions (I provided 10 total), boarding passes - not really needed, copies of the passport stamps might serve you better there.. remember just because you went somewhere doesn't mean you were together.. just show the evolution of the relationship over time with supporting documents and you are set

my whole petition was less than 40 pages including the bio data and applications.. approved with no issues

Hi,

My wife was a winner of the DV 2013 and she's already in the US and she's planding to filled in next month, my problem is she doesn't call and we have been exchanging mails , i don't know if this will be enough as proof when the time comes. We got Married after she got the visa. Please advise me.
