Please please please Nebraska take a look at my file on Monday and approve it!! Atleast they approved one filer from 18th dec transfer as well! Gives me hope.

Ahhhhh I'm so darn happy! APPROVED APPROVED APPROVED!!!!! Yay!

On February 28, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Congratulations! So good to see some action happening for the June filers!

I think someone is April was approved on Friday from tsc. As for june the last approval Was around 19th feb. hang in there they are surely coming towards u.

I really would like to know the same thing!!!! Everybody is complaining from Nebraska but it really seems that TSC is way tooo slow... ####### almost all the july fillers are approved this makes no f*****g sense i am so pissed.....

Plan on 3-4 months if you're ready to submit everything as soon as NVC asks for it. It's been nearly 2 months since my NOA2 and I'm still unable to do anything dry.png It goes much more quickly once they let you get started though!

So where is the SO CALLED PRESERVING FAMILY UNITY that they say that they work towards???

Oh yea that's right it doesn't exist except when it only comes to them....

Sad.... Same thing DCS says about family too except nothing the government says "IS TRUE"

Yes, NVC is getting slower I think. We're waiting on a case no. from Feb 11th. Have gone from waiting at USCIS to waiting at NVC. Same old,same old. :(
