The longer I'm on this site and the more I see what USCIS is doing to families, the more sick inside I feel. Feb-June filers last year got the absolute worst possible deal, and people from the latter half of the year don't seem to realize their good fortune. August transfers now have more NOA2s than June, yet they complain if California takes more than a week or two to turn around their approvals. I realize it's not a contest and everyone is suffering -- 6 months for August folks is still above goal and still plenty long, I remember how I felt at that point -- but I wish more of those people looked at what's going on behind them to get some perspective. It's crushing to think of how many people are being left behind while USCIS zips along to August and September cases. My heart goes out to you all. I hope Nebraska picks up the pace and we see lots more approvals around here!

Exactly. I control myself from going off when I see August and sept whining. They don't realize how lucky they are and how screwed we got. They Are waiting for just 5 6 months and at that point we had mot even Gottwn hopeful for our approvals It's just so unfair. I m losing all hopes I don't know when is gonna be our time.

I am whining cause I was just transferred to NSC, and I do know what this means.

Good luck, everyone. Seriously.

Again, perspective. It's so hard to be thankful through stressful times like these, but there are people from March-May still waiting for approvals, and they feel about us like you do for August. It's trite to say but it really could always be worse, and I force myself every day to remember the things I have to be grateful for. A positive attitude is an act of will at this point, but it's worth the effort. Nebraska has started chipping away at June transfers, and I know it's nowhere near as fast as any of us would like to see, but every day is a step in the right direction. Hang on and know that however miserable and unfair things are right now, better times are coming. Truly.

I'm wishing all the best for you, too, and hoping things start clearing more quickly so that this suffering doesn't cascade down the line. No one deserves to go through this. I feel particularly bad having read so many of your posts and seeing how kind you are, and knowing (so far) there aren't many people in September sharing your situation. I think it's good to emotionally prepare yourself for the worst-case scenario, but it's also too early to give up hope that things will get better. USCIS is constantly changing, and my fingers are crossed that NSC is changing for the better.

I will definitely appreciate any updates you are able to give. Thanks!!!!!!

Sorry I don't know how I end up quoting twice everytime. So I called them this morning and they pretty much told me the same thing they told you. "They said your case is still within the processing times," and they said the case they are working on is from April right now, except I already know that they worked on a case from April as of the end of Dec 31st now two months have gone by AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON THE CASE FROM APRIL 5TH!!!!! AND OUR CASES ARE PAST THE PROCESSING TIMES!!!!!!!!!! BECAUSE THE NBC SENT US A LETTER SAYING THAT WE SHOULD RECEIVE A NOTICE OF ACTION WITHIN 60 DAYS! This is too much toooo muchhhhhhh...... I really hope we get approved soon because this is excruciating.

My two senators in Virginia sent a service request to TSC yesterday.

One of senator told me that USCIS is very "STRICT" on chronological order!

So I attached a copy of TSC timeline.

wow..I just received a letter for case update request to TSC.

They said my application is still pending on security check. They cannot process the application without security check clearence.

Maybe, it is the main reason why our applications are delaying.

In just 2 weeks of February 50% of August is done. And June is only 44% done. This system is messed up and totally broken. If Nebraska can't handle it why don't they just transfer it to California from there. Ridiculous.
