A May 31 PD with a transfer date of 23-Dec-2013 to Nebraska BS Center just got approved today.

Almost there fellow June filers, expect more approvals before the end of the day!!!

Estrangis I just thought about it that we think it's our bad luck that all of the June almost was transferred to Nebraska but atleast we r in this together. It must be harder for u seeing that almost all july filers were california and u got stuck with us. U must have thought why me lol.

That is true. And I have been giving myself reasons for this for one whole year now. I had to give exams for states so that's how I killed my year. But now I have even ran short of reasons. :(

08 Jun 2013 - Received paper I-797C. Received and Priority date - June 3. Notice date - June 5.

17 Dec 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

04 Mar 2014 - I-130 approved

05 Mar 2014 - I-130 shipped to NVC/DOS

17 Mar 2014 - Received by NVC

16 Apr 2014 - Case number assigned

22 Apr 2014 - DS-261 available and completed

23 Apr 2014 - AOS invoice email received
25 Apr 2014 - AOS fee available and paid

26 Apr 2014 - AOS packet sent (delivered 28 Apr, NVC system received 30 Apr)

Just wanted to post and encourage you all. I was approved today 2/25/14. PD June 3..transferred to Nebraska on Dec 19.. Hopefully this helps and good luck to everyone. It has been long wait but at least Nebraska is moving along..slowly but at least there is some action..

This is what I got today from NBSC as a response to a service request:

"Thank you for your recent inquiry about your I-129F petition.

USCIS records show that this case was received by the National Benefits Center (NBC) on July 26, 2013. The case was then transferred to the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) on January 6, 2014.

At this time the case is assigned to an officer. Although assigned, we cannot predict the date the case may actually receive review.

If you have not received a decision or other notice of action on this case within 60 days from the date of this email, please contact us for an update."

I've been getting this "assigned to an officer" BS for almost two weeks now. God only knows when "the officer" will get to my petitions!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box
