I got same thing today!!!nothing work right at NSC:(

If you try doing it via uscis customer service number, they will just tell you you're within processing times of the center.. they don't even listen when you tell them that it says to contact them if no response after 60 days was made. headbonk.gifheadbonk.gif

30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE

28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

So where i can get the NVC...information from scratch !

Domwardbound, It's 4:30 pm here so which means 30 more mins.. you will be approved today .....

Didn't get anything today - hopefully soon. A few case numbers around mine were approved/RFEd today, but the majority weren't.

31 May 2013 - Sent I-130 to Phoenix Lockbox

03 Jun 2013 - USPS shows package as received

06 Jun 2013 - Received text and email with receipt number

08 Jun 2013 - Received paper I-797C. Received and Priority date - June 3. Notice date - June 5.

17 Dec 2013 - Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

04 Mar 2014 - I-130 approved

05 Mar 2014 - I-130 shipped to NVC/DOS

17 Mar 2014 - Received by NVC

16 Apr 2014 - Case number assigned

22 Apr 2014 - DS-261 available and completed

23 Apr 2014 - AOS invoice email received
25 Apr 2014 - AOS fee available and paid

Ohhh gosh I so hope we get an approval before I head back home and leave my husban behind it's been so hard on both of us knowing that our vacation time is comming to an end soon, we haven't gotten approved and he has to stay in his native South Africa :'( I'm praying for a little ray of sun! Our transfer date was the 18th of December to Nebraska. :/

Happy 8 months of waiting to us... ( I want to cry) Hopefully this week finally we will be approved and in may when my husband comes to Bulgaria we can go to the visa interview together!!!
It is the last week of february so we all need to be approved!!! :)))

Got married: may 9th 2013
I-130 PD- june 24th 2013

Transfered- dec 30th 2013 (TSC)
Approved!!! March 17th :)
