Good luck for you guys!

Thanks for all the positivity guys it really helps btw I just called at uscis for the first time and the guy said it could take possibly 2 more months at max for June filers as on the system it currently shows NSC is working on 5 April cases which we all already know and we can not do anything about it we just have to wait :(

Good luck to everyone hopefully we all will get our approvals soon

Hi to all the June filers!

Im a late entrant to the drama but here is my story,my wife(US) filed I130 in june 2013 and got NOA1 on june 26,2013.

Case got transfered to TSC on january 28,2014 and i got the perfect valentines gift of NOA2 on Febuary 14,2014.

My wife hasnt recieved the hard copy of the NOA2 yet and im guessing it will be in coming 2 days.

PS: I reside in India and got married on april 15,2013 after 8 years of dating.

We both are doctors and wished to be with each other for our 1st anniversary(which i dont think will happen).

I see the pain and frustration of waiting in folks and i know how it feels since i have been into this long distance relationship for past 9 years!

I live in Japan with my hubby and we've never gotten hard copy of transfer (I received 2 email on DEC 12th and 14th), so we didn't know which service center we were transferred. I asked to my lawyer to confirm and as he confirmed, my case is still in NVC.

What the hell is going on.. seriously!! Then what was all about that transfer email?!

Ugh.. I'm really fed up with all this !

But one good news is, I signed the offer letter which will be internal transfer in my company from Japan to USA, and my company will offer me transfer visa (L-1). L-1 is a dual intend visa, so I hope this one will be approved earlier than this stupid CR-1.

I really wish all of us get out of this hell soon!

There is some miscommunication you should clarify with your lawyer - or he's a complete loser- if you're at NVC that is awesome news because you not only got transferred, you got approved! NVC is the next step!

Probably what your lawyer said is that you're still at NBC (national benefits centre). Which seems wrong. If you got transfer emails and you know it's the right msc number, you got transferred, and your lawyer never got the transfer notice.

It's times like this I'm extra glad I don't have a lawyer!

Anyway, hope this L-1 visa comes through for you! Good luck!

Is your timeline updated?

There is some miscommunication you should clarify with your lawyer - or he's a complete loser- if you're at NVC that is awesome news because you not only got transferred, you got approved! NVC is the next step!

Probably what your lawyer said is that you're still at NBC (national benefits centre). Which seems wrong. If you got transfer emails and you know it's the right msc number, you got transferred, and your lawyer never got the transfer notice.

It's times like this I'm extra glad I don't have a lawyer!

Anyway, hope this L-1 visa comes through for you! Good luck!

Sorry for my mistake, it was NBC.

I was so frustrated after I talked with my lawyer and I made that stupid mistake.. :P

Thanks anyway :)
