I'm sad really sad this is so frustrating...I always try to help people out the best I can, but my spirit is drained to this process! Do these higher up people have no heart? To make people wait on what God has promised! I wish he would come down from the heavens do that they would know that there is ONE higher than them! I really wish he spoils move because my heart is low ;(...I've suffered so much the last 3 years. Lost all I had and even my children.... When is it going to be MY TIME???? ; (

15 Days give by now since RFE was received...

:( honestly how long does it take to look at a ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE and a U.S. PASSPORT? They are ABSOLUTELY 100% REAL... else I haven't lived here in this stupid U.S. since 1979 and just by chance I happened to fly to SINGAPORE on a fake PASSPORT!!!! seriously? ? C'mon uscis PEOPLE ARE TIRED!!!!!!

Good share yes i just read it too they are currently processing april 5th filers. The last update on my case i had was on 13th dec 2013 which is the date i got transferred to nebraska service center so its been over 60 days period just now i tried to file e-request and i am getting this error

The following error(s) need to be corrected:
  • Routing could not be determined due to an invalid receipt number.

what the **** does this even means ??? this whole system is getting on my nerves now and its really really sad

did anyone of you received this same error ?????

would really appreciate any help

I also tried to file e-request and got the same error message.

They recently implemented a new broken system. According to Rebecca Carson, USCIS Chief of Staff, wrote that is was supposed to be implemented by the second quarter of FY2013.

(SOURCE: Recommendation to Response 52 Recommendations to Improve the Quality of Responses to Inquiries from Individuals and Employers).

So if you really want, you can try calling the and put in a service request. Good news is they should be getting to us by next month...but I thought that 4 months ago too

So, wish they would have sent us west coasters to Cali instead of Nebrasla. :(

Its so sad Just called USCIS and they can't even hold that they advertised 60 days in the letter and now the recording says to call only after 180 days from transfer... :'( whaaaaaaaat? so any way I spoke to someone and they couldn't explain why the change. :'( what is happening to Nebraska????? I haven't heard any movement... have you guys heard any? they said they are stuck on April 5, 2013.

That's just a BS message to discourage callers from calling and talking to real people.

The more realistic time frame is 60 to 90 days after transfer.

Nebraska approved a couple of 12 dec transfers yesterday. From around 17th dec June filers will be starting so our time is coming soon I m praying!

I was following May fillers, but guess I'm June's (does it go by NOA1, not by PD?). Anyway, GOT MY APPROVAL TODAY! 63 days after transferred to NSC! I initially applyed for consular process, but now I need to convert my file into AOS... starting working on it now.
