Come on man! you need to understand that the spouse on the other side goes through a lot more than what we go through.

We only go through the frustration of waiting and waiting

They have to face the world, everybody is asking questions, everybody is chipping in with stupid ideas, everybody is giving examples!

You need to understand that if she gets mad, you have to just "shut up".

Fight with USCIS that are delaying the process, not your wife!

Come on man!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

I know i can understand. It has started to cause fights now. But fortunately I m the crazy one among us and I follow all these forums and all so I know it's not his fault lol. It's the uscis who we need to blame. But be understanding towards her please. U know our society and what ppl say. They say to me too. I just turn a deaf ear towards them what else can a person do when it's not in ur hands right.

I'm sending off a letter to my congressman (Veasey) and senator (Cornyn) today because of the waste of a month sending my case to California and then sending it right back to NBC and my husband's upcoming hearing. Wish me luck!

Hang on tight everyone, you are not alone.

im feeling more pressured and deppressed coz all filipinas was already approved month of november and december because of typhoon yolanda. But i was left behind because of this RFE hard copy we still didnt received until USCIS admit their fault. May i just ask if what does EXPEDITE SERVICE REQUEST means? The officer in yhe USCIS main office told to my hubbu that he will send expedite service request to CSC where our case was transferred. I am confuse if they will rebiew our case again and will make decision? Or does it mean theywill send RFE hard copy again and we need to wai again. They've wasted 2 months.

June 2 2013 priority date
december 2013 Rfe
february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request

march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.
