32 more files for May 2013 are pending which are shown on Visa journey, I wonder how many are there who are not on this site and also applied for their spouse, let's add 10 more as (sample which are not on this site) so now 42 files pending before me :'(

If they are doing 1 file per day it is like 42 more days

I m sorry TAandNA but I think u r way underestimating the actual numbers out there. Visa journey shows only 5 to 6 percent of petitioners if that even. So there are atleast like 5 to 6000 petetions from may left before us. And NSC is really working at a snail pace. God help us

Currently, US citizens are waiting in excess of 10 months for their I-130 and I-129F petitions to be adjudicated, due to a backlog of over 400,000 cases. Asking the spouses, parents, and children of aliens to wait to see their loved ones, while illegal immigrants are quickly granted legal status, is unacceptable and unlawful, as the Immigration and Naturalization Act mandates US authorities to give first priority to the immediate family members of US citizens.

The USCIS must give priority to the applications for legal entry to the spouses, children, and fiance(e)s of US citizens. The USCIS must dictate that each month it will adjudicate a certain percentage of US citizen relative and fiance(e) petitions, as this is the priority which the law demands these petitioners be given."

Hey, Boston-Heathrow! USCIS must have heard you when you said that it was a shame that they kept sending notices for change of Alien Registration Numbers on Friday.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my email just before heading to bed to find that our I-130 has been approved!!! 214 days since submission. 31 days since being transferred at TSC. And....in time to join the January NVC list!

For all the rest of you at TSC - there is hope!

And people (Relatives) giving examples to her, like, our niece went in 5 months , did your husband even applied for you ? .. these kinda stuff LMAO ..... I mean why this test for US :'( very sad ..... I remember it was last Tuesday I was frustrated and today again it's 1 week, This is so far the worst ever test I am going through test of my life ..... This is teh answer from my senator's office inquiry:

"Good afternoon,

The Nebraska Service Center confirmed with me that they received your petitions on January 6th. Processing times for I-129F and I-130 petitions at Nebraska are approximately 60-90 days after they are received. If you don’t have a decision or notice of action by early April, please let me know and I can ask them for another update.

Thank you,"

Anybody at Nebraska BS Center, 3 months (at least) it is after transfer!!!!!!!!!!!!
