My husband just get letter from USCIS my case transfer to Nebraska. My friend told me that office working to slow sad.png

Just got an arrogant lady on phone 1-800-375-5283, who vehemently refused to transfer me to Tier 2 with an excuse, "We are not allowed to put people on hold for an hour" and then referred me to their USCIS for more info. I told her, there's nothing to see on USCIS website and the information there isn't accurate. Please what's the best way to reach tier 2 without this problem?

call them and ask to be transferred to a tier 2, if they ask for a reason tell them a tier 2 told to call back today if you don't get any updates on your case abd they will transfer you

I called this morning but the lady I got totally refused to transfer me with an excuse that it was going to take approx. 1.5hrs . Does that make any sense.

I would call again and try a different person! get a list of confusing questions and drive them crazy! I saw a post about that on the April thread.

Kaylara (march filer) got approved today from NSC.

She was 2 days away from 60 days after the transfer.

Hello there,

Recently I came across the VisaJourney website and I am sorry, I'm not sure about filling the timelines. I think the below details might help.

Our case was filed from US through a lawyer on June 14, 2013 and on December 26, our case was transferred to California Service Center.

Today we received the below update:
