Robb&Ann cannot log-in

Robb&Ann cannot log-in even after resetting the password. Is there any issues with logging in?

That account seems ok. I assume it is you as the accounts grefyne and Robb&Ann2 share the same IP.

i had requested before that this account (grefyne) be deleted since i wasn't using this. but until now it is still active.so now, I am using this account bec i cannot log in to Robb&Ann. since i cannot log-in using Robb&Ann even after resetting the password, I created Robb&Ann2. but still cannot log-in.

at first, when i created another account since i do not want to log-in using this account i am using now.. it says Robb&Ann username is available. then when i clicked on create account this is what it shows. so i assume Robb&Ann is still active

So I tried creating a new one because the resetting of password don't work either...

when i was done and created another one, this is what it shows when i logged in.

I followed the instruction sent to my email

and this is what it shows

I wonder y grefyne can log-in but not Robb&Ann if that's what i was using. then after resetting the password,it's still the same. i created a new one, still the same. i am using google chrome with this. I wanted to log in to Robb&Ann bec that's what i was using... this grefyne should be deleted and not Robb&Ann..

I tried to reset the password again for Robb&Ann and it's still the same.. it says username and password incorrect.even if entered the new password sent.

btw before this had happened.. i had a hard time logging in to Robb&Ann. It took me like 5 times or more before i was able to log-in.. then when i logged out and tried to logged back in, that's when i can no longer log back in... after trying several times and even resetting password. and even creating a new account, still unsucessful.

Maybe just delete this account and Robb&Ann.. and the new one that is not working too... thank you!
