I met a guy last 2010 and he filled a petition on my behalf and the USCIS approved it after 6 months. then something happened between me and my fiance..I thought he's going to cancelled the petition but he didn't..I never take my medical and interview we just let it to expired. after 1 year and a half I met a new guy and he filled a petition on my behalf (again)..and it was approved already. I am nervous if my old petition will cost a problem on my new petition. Is there anyone know what I need to do? pls. help me...

PS. I still have all the documents from my old petition.

I have read some on the couple with the similar issue and their currents problems - old petition still lingering. I would suggest if at all possible contact the "EX" and ask him to cancel his old petition - being you have all the information still that will help. I think USCIS only requires a letter.

If it was a K1, I think it got expired but again be with the best explanation why things went like that because your Interview is most likely to rotate around that corner.

I still have an email that my ex fiance sent to me. I do a print screen so I have some proof that why things went like that. he send me a message before he dissapear. do you think USEM can accept me?

we don't have any communication since june 2011. the last message that he sent to me saying that he's going to closed all of his account skype, yahoo and facebook. he already change his contact number even his address. I don't know if USEM are going to accept all the email that he sent to me before he dissapear.

its still in a approved petition.

To be blunt, I think it will be denied. I hope I am wrong though. I am giving you a link with a similar case. It was 7 years later, but since it was not "officially" withdrawn, they still denied it at the embassy. It was Philippians embassy too. You can read the link, and see what you think. Sorry, my friend.http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/431403-denied-what-to-do-next/

ok thats good just make sure you found out that the old case is canceled ,before you have your interview like the other couple say they don't have the information from the old petition , so there's nothing they can do about it.. ( lucky that you have that info) keep us updated pleasewhistling.gif

want to ask again

I spent all day infront of the computer just to find a possible way to have an information about my case. but I recieve a message from someone this morning and she said she have a friend that have a case like mine but she is in the US now. made me confused though. I do some print screen of my email that my ex fiance sent to me before he dissapear Its like he don't want to continue our relationship he said that it is not my fault the problem is him not me and some conversation of me and his mom talking about of what he did to me. do you think I can use it as a proof to cancel my old petition? Or Do you think benificiary can cancel the old petition without any permission of the petitioner. Besides I don't have any communication to my ex fiance the last email I recieve from him saying that he's going to delete all account facebook, skype, yahoo and change his contact number and address.
