Holy Molies !!! That is fricking incredible. I'm so happy for you two !!! see? almost NO AP for you, on this 2nd interview. YAY !!!

I've half-a-mind to suggest a mutton tajine for celebration - but only half-a-mind.....

Keep us updated when you have news of the pond jump? and any POE stuff? When yer able, edit yer official VJ timeline as well to note the new data points.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Why half-a-mind? when it comes to Tajine, it should be full-mind. Sure, i'm happy celebrating now but looking back at what we've been through, PHEWWWWWW !

I'm planning to write a detailed timeline on my profile wall with descriptions and observations since filing so users can have an idea, though, im not done yet with immigration. regards!

Here's a major hint, for less 'USCIS involvement'.

You gots a marriage date of 2010-10-11.

When at the POE, is best to talk with a CBP goon or even CBP supervisor to get the designation upgraded from CR-1 to IR-1.

Why? That's a 10 year green card, first issuance.

Can write a note on a piece of paper about this, paperclip inside the passport, so your spouse not forget this at the POE. POE can be stressful, coming off a long international flight, but it is the place to get the designation upgraded.

(Unsure what was granted at the interview, but the POE is the place to nail down the IR-1 designation)

I'm attaching a zoomed photo of my visa where it shows that i got an IR-1, do i still need to talk to a CBP to upgrade my designation at the POE?

by the way, i'm the beneficiary non-USC, it's me who's been posting threads in here since the start. Thanks a lot

Congrats! thats good to hear, now, your husband needs to make sure he has all civil documents ready, he may need a new medical examination, plz make inquiries with the consulate regarding the civil items he needs, remind them the exact date of your husband's previous interview so they can tell you what items need to be updated, in the other hand, your husband need to have proofs of your ongoing relationship since his previous interview (copies of emails, photos if you've visited him since then, skype or similar chat histories, phone logs,etc..) just think of any useful item you can use to proof that your marriage/relationship is bona fide and not a sham, your husband has to behave serious, making the CO understand that the previous rejection was unfair and that you've done everything to cooperate with the USCIS and DOS, instead of acting like he is "begging" waiting for CO's mercy, that's how i acted with the CO last time, curteous but serious, confident, giving all details that could help despite the CO's interupption.

Rarely when they deny after a reaffirmation, just prepare and let me know what i could do for you

It can be handled by CBP, but I would recommend following up with USCIS as well.
