Yes they are all identical and you must submit all copies. If you look at the bottom of the pages they all go to different departments. On page 4 it is the Consulate copy. Good luck.

Yes, they are actually all required. If you fill them out on the computer usually adobe automatically fills in the subsequent ones for you.

As our case and others demonstrate, no, all 4 pages are not required. However, if you fill the form out online, you only need to fill out the first page, the other three are auto-filled, then sign and send in all 4 page.

Better safe than sorry, we slid through ok, but you are always best served doing things absolutely correct to the best of your abilities.

Good luck on your journey!

The G-325A is an ancient and all purpose form, and the K-1 really only needs one page, but again, best do it right and not take a chance on an adjudicator with a shredder fetish.

Yeah, it's not that they need it, they just require it because that's what they used to use. Stupid I know. But as the previous poster said, it's not really worth the risk of having it sent back!

Thanks everyone. Does anyone know how to save the G325-A form? Adobe doesn't allow me to save what I have completed.

Not to be flippant, but, print out an extra copy (of each persons' G-325A). That's what I did... Of course, I printed out an extra copy of everything...

ready4ONE is correct, although some of us have slid through with only one copy, present company included, don't take a chance. Send in all 4 copies for each of you.

Unless you have a paid version of Adobe, such as Adobe Pro, you cannot save. Just print extra copies for your records.

You're talking about the I-129F petition, yes? If so... have you read the instructions that come with the form?

Look under Section 8 of the instructions, part B: "What Other Documents Do You Need?"... not just 'a passport photo' but a passport photo of you, and one of your fiance(e).

If you've not read the instructions... you definitely need to! In fact, the Guides on this site would be a very good place to start, too - don't send off the application until you're sure you've got everything!

Good luck. :)

I am about to send out my application but my fiance just told me that I have to include a passport photo along with the application. Is this true?

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Sometimes it's good to understand the "whys" in this process. The passport picture is a requirement of the G-325A, so, if you need to submit the G-325A for you and your fiancee, that means you need to submit passport pictures from you and your fiancee as well.
