To me, this one seems most likely to be where mine is. It just changed to IN TRANSIT this morning, so since DHL only updates after 3pm...

Amazing how this whole process makes you so humble. Not only that, but only you guys would understand how simple, tiny changes can make someone so happy :-D

Here is an example:

The CEAC website changed my status from AT NVC to IN TRANSIT today!

I was so happy about it! But then I told my siblings and they just brushed it off like " Yeah, of course its in transit, you got an interview date already and it needs to be shipped out...? "

I scheduled my medical for the 2nd, and Im flying down to Rio on the 29th. This all feels so real, FINALLY!

Okay just tried the DHL tracking. It will not yet allow input of today's date. I guess I have to wait until later in the day, or tomorrow?? I am just guessing that DHL might have just picked up the package from NVC so they have to enter it in this evening or tomorrow? Anyone have an answer to this one?

Hi everyone,

I've been reading everyone's visa journey but never posted my own story.

It's been a long, emotional road for my husband, daughter, and myself. We started the visa process a little over 4 years. We chose what seemed to be a good immigration lawyer- boy were we wrong. He not only mislead us, but kept out family apart. With that being said we ended up searching on our own and did what we read online.

On May 27th 2013 I received an email from the NVC stating my case was complete. Today my husband called the NVC and my interview date has been set for July 22!

This is the best news we have heard on the past 4 years.

The best of luck to everyone with upcoming interviews, it sure is a great feeling.

No it's just something to do. Yours would have headed to Montreal when the rest did. Its really not a necessary thing. But don't forget to sign up for Loomis! You need that to even get in the door in Montreal.

I guess its not that you HAVE TO track your package. Coming from USCIS and NVC where anything can happen, (both good and bad for that matter) its just a good feeling to know that your package has been sent, and arrives at the embassy safe and sound.

NVC site says IN TRANSIT now. Okay so I go to DHL site. I think I am following the instructions but I get no results for today. June 7. Do I have to wait or what am I doing wrong? Can anyone see that anything has shipped from NVC today? HELP???

DO NOT DELETE: ***USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM***

Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)
6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.
7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.
