2) click Express --> Tracking --> Track by Shipper's Reference

3) Add search info (the date should be when you think your package left NVC)

eg. Shipper's Reference: EXP 03 JUN 2013A

Date range for shipment - From: 02 - 06 - 2013

Date range for shipment - From: 05 - 06 - 2013

Account Number: leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Choose country the interview will be held in

Go to the NVC filers thread its in the Post#1 how to track. But you need to know from NVC when they actually sent your package.

Every embassy almost will have a package sent out daily. It could be K1's other Cr1/IR1. So ask NVC when was my casefile mailed out thats the date you will use on the DHL.

Hey I'm a new user but reading up on VJ for a while now.

I called on May 22nd and heard my case was complete, followed by a checklist which also stated my case was ready to be scheduled, on may 29th I received another email saying that my case was complete.

Now I was expecting to get scheduled somewhere this week, but still nothing, while others around the 22nd received a date already...

The interview should be scheduled in Belgium. I saw in the member list some belgians where the interview was scheduled within the week...

Am I missing something here? Is there really no logic behind this?

I'm hoping to receive an email soon (is this still working?)...

Case complete and your receipt date plays a BIG part in scheduling. You have to realize that just because interview scheduling is happeneing doesn't mean you have a spot.

The enbassy sends NVC slots say your embassy has 10 for Juky lets say. VJ world we are like 1 % of whats out there. They schedule according to order.

When you see people get interviews probably after this week its because there still slots and availabilities.

All you can do is wait nothing else. When you see others from your country getting interviews look at their case complete dates and receipts dates.

DO NOT DELETE: ***USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM***

Instructions:
If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:
1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.
2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list
3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"
5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)
6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.
7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.

8. Please use your VJ member name not the Petitioner/Beneficiary name on your timeline.

Amazing how this whole process makes you so humble. Not only that, but only you guys would understand how simple, tiny changes can make someone so happy :-D

Here is an example:

The CEAC website changed my status from AT NVC to IN TRANSIT today!

I was so happy about it! But then I told my siblings and they just brushed it off like " Yeah, of course its in transit, you got an interview date already and it needs to be shipped out...? "
