Hey I'm a new user but reading up on VJ for a while now.

I called on May 22nd and heard my case was complete, followed by a checklist which also stated my case was ready to be scheduled, on may 29th I received another email saying that my case was complete.

Now I was expecting to get scheduled somewhere this week, but still nothing, while others around the 22nd received a date already...

The interview should be scheduled in Belgium. I saw in the member list some belgians where the interview was scheduled within the week...

Am I missing something here? Is there really no logic behind this?

I'm hoping to receive an email soon (is this still working?)...

congratulations, you've been waiting for a while now. Glad to see that you got your interview date.

Now that E-A got their interview dates it looks like I'm the lone ranger up there. It's official I can hide under a rock now, thank you. This wait is even harder than waiting for NOA2 because when I got that I wasn't expecting it for at least 6 months. NVC wasn't too bad because you're constantly busy but this is brutal. I'm a little puzzled but I think the embassy must be really busy. I still believe sometimes it seems like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, but my faith is always in God. Hopefully I hear something soon.

Oh sorry dear, I understand what u re feeling now. Im parying that u will get it soon. Like Dwheels told me if the embassy is super busy. Its nearly finish, keep ur faith and you will be with your love soon. Good luck to u!!!!

Got the P4 this morning. It's really great to see that the appointment date has been set in writing. And as far as I can tell it appears that the Embassy has received every document they need. Now who can tell me how to track our package through DHL? I saw a link somewhere and cannot recall where it was. Thank GOD.

Either way I'm glad this part of our journey is near the end.

I see a packet that went out to the UK on wednesday at 3pm and was delivered this morning.

You'd have to ask NVC if it went out and if it did, then when.

The operator actually told me on wednesday when I got the date that it was already gone and sent so I know that my packet went out wednesday.

The way I understand it is that NVC schedules interviews in the first week or so of each month for cases that have been designated as CASE COMPLETE before the middle of that current month. Our case was complete on May 15 and was not scheduled until June 3 for a July interview date. So I am guessing that you will not hear from NVC until the first week of July and hopefully they will schedule an interview date in August for you. I hope I am wrong here because as we all know the NVC and this whole process makes little or no sense at all. It can be so confusing. And of course each embassy around the world apparently has their own procedures... Anyway I am praying for you both. Aloha Ke Akua
