2013 began CR1 process

Fast forward to:

2/24/16- Husband received 10 year green card

Starting the process over again for our daughter (IR2):

1/13/16 NOA1 from Potomac Service Center

4/5/16 NOA2!

4/7/16 Case sent to NVC

4/22/16 Received NVC Case and Invoice Numbers

4/22/16 Submitted DS-261

4/22/16 Invoice for AOS Received. Paid AOS Fee

4/25/16 AOS Fee shows as PAID

4/27/16 Invoice for IV Received. Paid IV Fee

4/29/16 IV Fee Shows as PAID

4/29/16 Submitted DS-260

5/6/16 Sent AOS and IV packages

5/9/16 AOS and IV packages received by NVC

5/9/16 Scan Date

Just spoke with Max at NVC. Nice enough guy, but really uninformative. Still no interview scheduled, and he couldn't tell if Montreal had started scheduling interviews yet, but also mentioned that they may have already filled up for this round, but that he couldn't actually see that either. Thanks for the extra anxiety buddy!

Yeah!..Good luck..start prepping for the interview.....hopefully I can get a case complete this month ( I just send my AOS and IV packages..I am praying for no checklist coz I have all the documents send...please Allah help me) and get an august interview.....this shows that we have hopes with Nairobi embassy dancin5hr.gif

02-27-2013: Petition registered at NVC

05-20-2013: NVC Case complete

05-27-2013: Received email NVC Case complete

06-04-2013: Called NVC - Interview scheduled for 07-05-2013

06-04-2013: Confirmation from NVC by email


06-06-2013: Left NVC

06-10-2013: Arrived at Rio de Janeiro Embassy - CEAC website shows case as "Ready"

06-19-2013: Recieved confirmation email from the Rio de Janeiro Embassy

07-02-2013: Medical

07-05-2013: Interview


07-25-2013: I-601 Waiver received in NSC

02-07-2014: NSC sent an RFE

04-16-2014: I-601 Approved

05-19-2014: Visa in Hands

06-06-2014: POE - JFK
