Asked me where I was staying, where we met, When i'll be leaving and if I had a return ticket.

That's all.

Then you're most likely fine.

Did they specifically ask to see your return ticket?

I mean to be safe, if you plan to cross again, bring your ties to Canada, but if you don't get pulled in next time, then you're probably not flagged for anything.

Coulda just been a random pull.

My husband had no ties to canada because we intended for him to come stay for 3 months.

So he had no job, no apt, never had a bank account, and they thought he was intending to immigrate.

They let him through after I cried and spoke with a supervisor, but he's flagged until July 2014.

Not that that matters come July this year when we'll (hopefully) have his visa lol

And I would tell anyone that has even had NO trouble crossing the border to ALWAYS bring ties with you to your country.

You never know.
