hi everyone! i need your help...

i am the beneficiary...a citizen of the philippines but has a working visa here in canada...May 19,2006 till May 2007. i just worked for my employer for just 1 week. he was very rude & harrasing so i left my job... until now (6 months already)..i still don't have any work or employer...looking but don't have any luck... will that affect the petition of my USC fiance?

in my G325A form- my present employment is NONE... i'm worried!!!

I don't see how it can hurt you, the petitioner is the one that has to promise to take on financial responsibility for you :)

If you are a citizen of the Philippines and is currently on a working visa in Canada and you quit your job, you have to return to the Philippines. What have you been doing in Canada for the last six months? Better make sure the Cdn govt doesn't know about this or you'll be in trouble?! Did you manage to find another job in Canada? It probably won't affect your application as riblet has indicated because you're the beneficiary, not the petitioner. No worries, but I would sort out the employment issue asap.

i've been trying to look for a job here..i'm a caregiver here but i didn't have any luck... but still trying too...

i am allowed to stay here till May '07... we requested my interview here in vancouver, canada...

because we are hoping that i find an employer soon for me to extend my stay here.. because we're not sure if our petition will be approved soon....

you think..our request to have the interview here in canada be denied?
