Also, do we need separate cover letter for I 765 and I-131?

Thanks you!!

Looks fine, You don't need to repeat all the things in the I-765 and I-131 like ll that passport and marriage license and EAD card. And you don't need to send a marriage license. Don't send extraneous things.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Thanks Harpa! I appreciate your response. I have included my VISA and EAD cards in all the forms because my F-1 has expired and I am legally in USA based on my Employment authorization ( EAD card).

SO that is my legal document of stay in USA.

But I may remove marriage license :).

Do I need separate cover letter for I 765 and I 131? I hear that they send these forms separately to different places.

No you don't need a separate cover letters. If you look at the instructions, EAD and AP don't ask for proof of current legal presence, so you don't need to prove you are legally.
