i need to send the affidavit of support to my nephew

i know that i need to send also the form 1040 US individual income tax return 2012

is it mandoatory to send also the SCHEDULED C form 1040 profit or loss from Business ??

you need to provide your last 3yrs of your tax return (2012, 2011, 2010) also, include your W2, employers letter and pay stubs.

just send those just incase they ask.

all you need is to provide ties to your home country proving you will return and not illegally immigrate to the United States.

your embassy's website will have all the details for you in how to apply, just be prepared to show all of the reasons you have to return.

your nephew will have to prove this on his own merits.. letters from others do nothing

negative.. a 134 is for a fiancée petition

all he needs to do is pay the fee, fill out the application and go to the interview

you can supply him with an invitation letter, but those can have a negative impact... all depends on the officer who is doing the interview
