recently my current employer increased my hourly rate and i also, start a part time job.

about 3wks from now we are schedule for AOS-interview and i know i will need to update my I-864.

last month when i responded with my AOS-RFE for not meeting the income guidelines..i just wrote them a letter letting them know about my income increased and questioning them why they didn't honor my child support(i, somehow did my own math in that letter..lol) i never touch/or made any changes on my affidavit of support(I-864). but ofcourse, i included some supporting documents.

anyways my question do i have to include that changes on to my affidavit of support? if yes, how?

or should just do the same....write them a letter about the changes.

thanks!!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

If you are asked for updated information, you could have something written by your bosses...one saying you have a new part time job and the wage earned. The other saying you have a raise and the new amount. Hand it across the desk. No need to write a letter. They may not ask you for anything.

If you really want your I-864 to reflect your new information, then fill out a new one with all the evidence like you were starting over. Then say, "I have done my I-864 over. Here.". They will add it to the file and maybe pull out the first one.
