Hi guys, got my wife's biometrics appt letter - scheduled for the 26th of July. I updated the timeline below (in blue). Please update the formatting if it doesnt show up properly. Thanks

* Please DO NOT change the font, font size, add colors, stuff like that (except when posting "I'm a US Citizen" which you should change to RED

I noticed that Every body who has gone to the Early Biometrics has recieved their "In line" date exactly 2 business days after they went...

I went on July 1st, but didn't get the status update yet to "in line for interview", should I be worried? feeling a bit anxious....

There are 3 people in the listing on this table that have received "in line" and two of them were received in "exactly 2 days".

You should notice those people are filing WELL after their eligibility date. As I've stated before, eligibility dates affects things.

I am not sure about that....It looks like I am the one who has been eligible the longest and I still haven't seen my status change 10 days after my biometrics appointment.

Eligibility is probably a big part of the process but I have a feeling the amount of applicants ahead of you is even more important....

First of all am talking regarding Dalls Texas / Lewisville Center, and all three of them have recieved it in exactly 2 business days:

BeSAANGEL did Bio on 6/27/13 and got it on 7/01/13 exactly 2 business days after it (same case as BRSKO)

The eligibility for ICICI is the Only one that one can say is filing "well ahead" .... BRSKO's is 5/23/13 & BESAANGEL's is 4/16/13 Mine was 5/29/13 ... so these two aren't "well ahead" at all...

Others have not done their biometrics yet for Dallas center so thats why they have not gotten it, so this is why I am a bit worried as to why I am the only one that didn't get it in 2 business days.... Hoping it will come by some time next week....

I don't think you have anything to be worried about. Vanessa said it took a whole month before she received her in line date after her biometrics.

Our field office (LA) is slow. They're processing cases slower than the national average. I don't think it has too much to do with eligibility but rather the individual field office and the work load. Obviously we have more people (more immigrants.) I've seen other people from small towns already receive an interview date before me, I still haven't even been scheduled for an interview yet.

I received my letter on Friday advising me that my Biometrics appointment is on Tuesday 7/9/13. Thought they were supposed to give you a good amount of notice!! I'm supposed to be going on vacation that day, so off I go to the office 1st thing Monday to see if they can fit me in. I have a copy of my letter and my vacation confirmation, hopefully they will be nice!!

My Eligibility date is actually 9/13/08 - Just never got round to doing it until now.

13 June 05 Case Completed

23 June 05 Case Sent to London

11 July 05 DOS says Electronic file has been entered!!

11 July 05 Visa file at Embassy

3 Aug 05 Email with Interview date!!!

5 Sept 05 Medical in London 0840

8 Sept 05 Interview at London Embassy 1000

13 Sept 05 Fly to US

03 Oct 05 green card and SSN arrive YEah!!!!!!!

13 Dec 05 Ethan 1 year old

26 Oct 06 Keira Born

13 Jul Start preparing I-751 packet

21 Jul Mailed Packet to Nebraska!! (Via Express Mail)

23 Jul Packet received @ Nebraska

7 Aug received Packet back as had sent photocopy of I-751

8 Aug Sent back I-751 with original form and all other evidence

13 Sept Received NOA1

26 Oct Biometrics appointment 11/21 Seattle

21 Nov Had Biometrics appointment at Seattle

Tried to go one day early to my biometrics in Seattle as going on vacation tomorrow. Got there at 7am and at 9:15 was told not able to do it...Grrrrrrr!!!!

Oh well back tomorrow I guess, 1st in line though!!

Just received an update this morning as well ; got an email July 8th stating I am in line to be scheduled for an interview!

Thanks luxus... Im so surprised its moving so fast (i've caught up to the April filers' date range- when I was to originally file)
