Hello everyone! Just want to ask those who were on K1/K2 visa who applied for ROC this year, did you guys received a biometrics letter for your son/daughter? Because we both received the NOA, but it's only me who got the biometrics letter. Until now he did not received any. I was assuming my biometrics is both for us? Our appointment date is fast approaching and I want our trip to the local USCIS successful. Thanks!

I believe children under 13 do not have to do biometrics. I filed ROC for my 12 year old and 15 year old last year, only my 15 year old received the biometrics letter. They are both approved now.

Thank you for taking time to reply. It's just so confusing. They should have explained that when they sent the NOA or something that children under 14 years old doesn't need any biometrics. But then, they should have biometrics too and update the child's picture on the Green Card they will issue. Oh we'll.
