Is there a difference on the dos website between "issued" and "ready"

It's been 10 days and Naples says they still don't have our file.....

I can't seem to navigate dhl to track ... Discouraged ... So many mishandlings by the whole process .....

Did you log in the DOS website? What does it say on there?

It Says "ready" but Napoli Says they haven't Received it

Keep calling them and make sure u r giving them the correct information and have them look for it a couple different ways maybe by birthdate and name besides the case # and if they cant find it ask them who and where you need to call. Good luck
