Hi Can someone pleaseAdvice me as to when the applicant is able to do the medical exam ? foe example once he,she has a case number or do they need to have packet 3 in hand?

idk if its different for a k-1 im doing a cr-1 but my wife basically just went to the bank payed the fee for the medical and went to the clinic that does it for her area and she basically lied about wat date her interview was and they believed her and she did it and came back like a week to pick up the results lol crazy i know but its cuba if u know wat i mean lol my advice if your already in the nvc process and almost done with it then do the medical because is well know for the long waits

She does not need the packet to schedule the interview (sometimes they ask to see the first page but it's totally not necessary.) She should begin trying to schedule the chequeo ASAP. It's the most annoying thing possible and one of the biggest scams. They will tell her that there are no appts available before her interview date, which is probably untrue. We ended up having to pay on the side to get an appointment.

you have to check with the panel physician to see what they will need to do the evaluation

You should schedule the medical exam after you have packet 3 because the medical exam expires within a few months I believe and sometimes people have delays or some bumps in the road with packet 3 and if you get the medical exam right now without already having packet 3 and preparing the other paperworks, your medical exam could expire and that's about $300 down the drain.

its not really a bank but people call it that wat province are u in each municipal has a bank u have to find out which is ur nearest one.
