Checking in for June.

Case complete at USCIS April 15th.

Hoping NVC start reviewing the new I-864 soon, I'm losing the will to live!

Was hoping for July interview....now hoping for August!

It's not so bad, should not take much longer, and you only spend short time in USCIS

got in an email from nvcelectronic today at 12:29 - IV set received. I take this to mean they detached it from the email and have lobbed it over into the review queue.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If it wasn't dealing with our lives this new I-184 form thing with NVC would be quite comicalranting33va.gif I am calling everyday to be a big pain in their ####### and suggest anyone who is in the same boat to do the same also emailed my congressman liason, typical big government that doesnt know what the right hand is doing from the left, it would be so much faster if USCIS just sent the dang paper work to the embassy, one less place it could FUBAR or lost. I am beyond peed off!!

I am also PEED OFF. Feel like my life is on hold. I just wanna have set plans and arrangements. It's the fact they won't give us any idea of a time frame that gets me. Had enough.

I meant I-864 but you know what I am talking about, I called today also and getting the same response they are not ready to process the new form and blaming it on USCIS, my question is it's all in simple straight forward english, can't they just read the info on the form for goodness sakes!! It's not like its 800 pages long. Just make no sense at all for the excuse they are using, my guess is they are flooding the embassy's with back logged cases running out of interview slots.

I will post the response that my congressman gives me if any. Also will keep updating here in the June NVC filers thread and hope like hell it doesn't make it to the July NVC filers thread.

Yeah I called today aswell, same old BS. It just seems really lazy to me. They don't even bloody apologise. I understand things take time but at the end of the day, we paid $88 to have these papers reviewed - deserve a friggin refund!

Hello all! Im hoping someone can assist me! We are at the NVC stage waiting for AOS & IV to be billed, I previously submitted a expedite request and was told by NVC that they forwarded my request to Managua Embassy/ Cunsulate. Today while trying to sign in to the payment portal it gave me this message, does this mean our expedite request was approved ???


The National Visa Center has forwarded your file to the US Embassy/Consulate where you are applying for an immigrant visa. Any other required fees must now be paid directly at the Embassy or Consulate at the time of your interview.

Please contact the US Embassy/Consulate if you have any questions. You can find the contact information by consulting this list of US Embassy/Consulate websites.

Expedite granted due to NVC error!!! kicking.gif

The operator didn't know much at the moment. Not sure what is going to happen regarding my checklists. When I spoke to a supervisor on Thursday she said they would send the case without sending the packets for review again at the NVC. We'll see what happens once I can speak with her.

05/31/2013 - Received email that expedite request is processing

06/03/2013 - Expedite approved

06/04/2013 - Case sent to embassy Santiago, Chile YAYYY!!!!!
