Hi, please can someone help me!

I send the DS30320 form, following the template exactly that was given on Visajourney and this is the response I got below.

What the hell?!?!? Is it an acceptance, or rejectance email? Do these people not read the email I sent?!? I literally followed it exactly! I'm so confused!!! And now I can't call them till Monday!!!

Weird. Like Darnell said, you got a "tardo" who replied. I'd suggest filling out the form in your case, attaching it to an email, then sending it with the subject line shown in the FAQ for a faster response. You should hear something on Monday about it.

Greeeeaaaattt!!! What is wrong with these people?!? And perhaps Saylin you should change the instructions for June to just tell everyone to send a scanned copy of the Ds3032 in the email also. No need to change anything as you're an anomaly. The email template typically works for folks. Just do as I suggested above and you'll be fine. No need to be angry as this just adds one extra day to your process.

And everything is closed on weekends, call center and NVC.

Is it recommended to write your NVC case number on all forms and documents being submitted to the NVC?

Yes! The reason for this recommendation is in case a page of your package gets misplaced, it can easily be reunited to your case if it has your case number on it. If there's no case number, then they'll just send a checklist for that missing page. Write the case number on the top right of every document EXCEPT the bar-coded cover sheet and the (optional) cover letter. Everything else though should have it on it. For certified copies/originals, if you don't want to write on them, just write the case number on a sticky note and then attach it to your documents. Or write lightly on the document with a pencil (so you can erase it later on).

I'm much calmer now, I did scan and email it again with supervisor review. I'm just so angry because I got the first response to the DS3032 on Wednesday saying that they were not ready to accept it, but below that in the exact same email said they were now ready to accept it, so why didn't they just accept it at the time!!! Then now I get this asshat tardo who wants the scanned document and now it won't be reviewed till Monday(hopefully) so it's actually added almost an extra week onto the process by them just being dumb! Everyone here has been super helpful and I would have exploded with frustration if it wasn't for all of you! I would just advise that to be safe people attach the DS3032 hard copy to the email anyway, incase you get the same asshat and he delays your case too :(

Thanks Saylin!

Aso is anyone else with me that the NVC should be open weekends?! Come on, they can have people working shifts over that time and get our cases out if there quicker, especially with the whole new I-864 debacle and the delays they now have =\ lots of1 company's are open weekends. I'm so tired of all of this! Sigh!

You do realise they're open from 7am to midnight every week day, right? That's pretty long hours already as most companies are around 8 to 5. Considering that, add those extra hours and they're working more than just a weekend's shift each week.

Everyone (not just you) here has to realise they're working as hard as they can and as fast as they can. And you just need some patience. NVC receives THOUSANDS of emails and packages every single day and it takes some time to get through these things.

And even if it's taking long, you and everyone else here has to realise you're giving an opportunity to move to the US. Yes, this process may be faster when immigrating to other countries, but the US is HUGE. And as of late, they take terrorism very seriously, thus have to do multiple background checks. Instead of whining, people should be grateful they're being given a chance at all to move to the US.

Sorry, but I've just gotten sick and tired of all the posts here lately that have been complaining about this process and are so incredibly impatient. I understand a lot of you have not seen your loved ones in awhile. Trust me, I understand. But complaining does absolutely nothing. And remember, YOU chose to go through with this. You chose to immigrate to someone else's country and these things take time.

Thanks Saylin!. saylin is right sometimes the NVC people are workinh long shift 7 am to 12 midnight. I think if the delays and tired of waiting and being pissed I supposed its me. I got my noa 2 January 29, 2013 and it was only trasfered April 16, 88 days before it was transfered to nvc and im still here and still not yet a case complete because of RFE on police clearance and AOS. all we need to do now is wait. and we are lucky Saylin and Darnel are kind to answer our querries and questions. All we need is wait be patient. the ds3032 I send it the same in the instruction on first page. and i was approved on the 2nd email I sent with supervisory review.

I'm sorry if I pissed you off, that really wasn't my intention at all! You and others on this board have been so incredibly helpful to me and I cannot thank you enough.

To clear something up, I didnt actually chose to move to the US, the UK immigration laws changed without notice whilst my husband and I were on honeymoon, meaning he could not return to the UK at all. I havent seen him since I know others chose this path, and I do love the states so I'm happy to be moving there, but I was not mentally prepared for this struggle. I do think its unfair to tell others not to be frustrated when this forum is the only place I feel anyone really gets me and how difficult this is, and I haven't been frustrated until my previous post.

Yes the NVC does stay open from 7-12 but that's 17 hours, meaning two 8.5 hour shifts, I'm sure no one is working 17 hours every day, 5 days a week. My only point was that if they already have people on odd shift patterns, it wouldn't hurt to have it open an extra two days and have people on rotation to still get the same hours but be more flexible, as are a lot of other businesses.

Please remember that people complaining is just a way for them to try to talk to others in the same situation, and not feel so very alone. I don't know about you but I don't have any personal friends at all who have gone through this before, all of you are the only people who I "know" who have gone through or are going through this. I actually feel much more buoyed up to see everyone's comments, weather negative or not, as it helps me realise that I am not alone.

How do you know they are working as hard and as fast as they can? I have now sent 3 emails in the last two weeks concerning the messed up instructions for the I-864 form, and each and every response I have gotten makes it clear to me that they have not read the email at all, but instead have just copied and pasted the link to the I-864 instructions back to me. Not very helpful at all.

I did not mean to make anyone angry or pissed off, and I find it very upsetting that offence was taken so personally to my post when others have also been upset and frustrated about their situation and not been singled out in this way. You may all be seasoned to this process, but remember some of us are new to this and very scared, and very sad.

Again, thank you very much Saylin, and everyone else, for your continued help and support
