Hello Saylin, just need advice our AOS was approved last march. Do I need a new AOS for my interview? When we called NVC they told my husband no need for it but we just want to be sure. Confused...

When's your interview? If it's after June 23rd, then I'd recommend bringing a new form filled out. If it's before that date, then no, a new AOS isn't needed unless the petitioner has gotten a new job or some other change.

If the 2012 income tax return data was not included for the set filed in March 2013,

then yes, need to have an updated I-864 with the 2012, 2011 and 2010 tax data, and the current annual income proof.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

AOS and ds230 aka IV packet both recieved by NVC and waiting for the 20 working days of review by them. I hope my timeline still in July interview or August not rushing anymore. Got a new work permit which I can still work for 2 years in Singapore. if ever got a visa need to give 3 months notice. After the January stress of missing approval. I finally thought I just go in the flow of processing in NVC enough of being stress.
