its has been 2 weeks for me and still nothing!!!!!! its like they dont want to touch our files or something!!!! and thoughs rude operators they need to get another jobs because they are misreable as it could, I mean if they hate their jobs why are.they even there, seriousely

12/04/2012: I-130 sent

12/08/2012:NOA1 received

04/18/2013: RFE received

04/22/2013:RFE SENT

NVC

05/06/2013: nvc received

05/23/2013: case# and IIN received

05/23/2013: ds 3032 sent

05/24/2013: ds 3032 rejected

05/24/2013: ds 3032 sent again

05/30/2013: ds 3032 rejected again

06/03/2013: was unable to login payment portal

06/04/2013: AOS invoiced and received DS 3032 Email

I'm too waiting for case complete. Sent May 26 they received both packets may 28 and up to now we heard nothing. Just same old " please allow 20 business days for ur case to be reviewed". Ahhh! Its very frustrating. How long do we have to wait? :( its more than 20 days.

If they tell u to wait 20 business days, and it has been more than that now, why dont u call them back and say its been more than 20 business days?

Just called and was told that AOS is accepted and no RFE. waiting for IV to get clear then case complete.


It is still possible if they start processing quicker! There are few of us waiting from early June!!

AOS got accepted with no RFE. waiting for IV to get clear.. You should call and see if they have yours in the system.

YAY THEY ARE BUSY INVOICING US!!!! Does anyone know how long it takes for them to invoice you? We have gotten the "your case is in the process of termination" stuff on the invoice log in :D HURRAY!!!

Also how quickly can we send the AOS packet off? Can we do it straight away as soon as we have paid for the thing, and can print the barcode? Or do we have to wait till the money has left our account? Or do we have to wait till it shows PAID?

I dont think the 20 days waiting started when we sent in the package. Im assuming it started when i got the email which was 3 days ago. Since they couldnt review the new aos version for weeks. When we called they didnt really give us a definite answer.. So im just hoping it wouldnt take them 20 days to review cos i read some people are already case complete and they are just a week early from mine.

Been two months for us since they recieved our AOS and IV packets, thanks to the I-864 debacle screw up, got a check list for one too many zeros on line 13a, been waiting on that now for three weeks, NVC as her in low granny for all you farm boys....mad.gifranting33va.gifClockWatch2.gif

WOhoo!!! I called mine was not approved but i am happy that there was no RFE due to old form!!

Hopefully mine will be approved by end of this week! Keep me posted with IV!

Technically, since the bar-coded cover sheet becomes available as soon as you pay the bill, you can send the package off right after you pay. But if you're not going to wait until it shows PAID on the payment portal, at least wait for the money to clear your bank account, so you know there aren't any issues.

Make sure you read Saylin's wiki about the NVC for Montreal Beneficiaries! It has all the information you need about online forms (required for Canada) and Electronic processing for Canada (which is optional but highly recommended)
