Worldtravelers and Stevie b,if I were u guys I would send another ds3032 with SUPERVISOR REVIEW in the subject line....that what I did after waiting 2weeks infact I send them 2 in one day and got 2 accepted email same day and IV bill the next day.

You sent it to supervisor, not superuser, right? Just checking. Not sure how these emails get filtered to get viewed sooner, but they probably have a filter for that word.

I plan to send supervisor email if my 3032 is not approved in two weeks, as the guide suggests. It looks like you sent yours 6-7 days after sending the first 3032. I don't know if that matters, but maybe even the supervisor ignores the emails if they are sent too early.

I'd suggest you sent another one on the 26th.

Call NVC up asap. They should send the IV package along shortly to the embassy.

hey.. i called NvC.. said they dont have the IV packet yet although it shows on my tracking that they received it the 17th... they said they will mail me back my Iv packet and i have to send it to the beneficiary to bring to the interview...

here's my question.. do i make an appointment at the embassy for interview? or do i wait for them to make an appointment?

Hopefully they get to it soon, so they can mail it back.

Have you contacted DOS yet to see if the embassy has received the package yet? If they have received it, then contact the embassy and ask what the next step is.

The number for DOS (as well as their hours) are at the bottom of post 1. Call asap; they close in less than 2 hours.

20 business days from the day the email was sent for the scanned

attachments to be uploaded to the electronic case file and reviewed

I already sent my CHECKLIST I week ago

Is this a good thing help I'm trying to call today but all I get is a busy signal

Every embassy/consulate is different when it comes to expedites. Some require all packages to be submitted before the interview, while others allow any missing packages to be brought to the interview.
